Customers are MHU primary stakeholders and, therefore, marketing effort is directed towards a long-term relationship with customers, the availability of products that meet required quality and specifications, and timely delivery of coal. MHU also always looks for opportunities to expand strategic business.


MHU develop integrated supply chain management to provide MHU’s coal as fundamental importance in ensuring that it fulfill contractual responsibility and provide an excellent service to the customers.


To carry out the mission to provide value-added solutions that will optimize customer satisfaction, MHU ensures quality assurance by strictly supervising the process from exploration, coal getting until the product is transported to the coal terminal and loaded to the vessel. MHU engages an independent surveyor to assist the supervision process in order to ensure the quality of the coal.


Domestic
In domestic market, MHU’s Coal is widely used for power plant, factories and manufacturing companies.

International
Most of MHU’s coal, excluding its compliance with Domestic Market Obligation requirement, currently serves international market. The end users are South Korea, India, China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand and other countries.
