Education Pillar: Focused on the development of quality education through scholarship programs, school facility renovations, and teacher training. The goal is to enhance access to and the quality of education for the communities around MHU's operational areas.

Equality Education Program Packages A, B & C: In realizing educational equality, MHU has initiated the Equality Education Program for Packages A, B, and C, supporting the objectives of SDGs-4 and SDGs-17. This program successfully reached 445 students in 2020 and 2021, with 254 graduates from Package C, 166 of whom have successfully entered the workforce, contributing to the contractor and subcontractor sectors. This affirms MHU's commitment to creating broader and quality education access and the direct link between education and job creation.

Health Pillar: MHU's initiatives to improve health aspects include building and renovating health facilities, health education programs, and providing free health services. The program aims to enhance the health and well-being of the community.

Clean Water Supply Program: As part of the health pillar, MHU has ensured sustainable access to clean water and adequate sanitation by building water treatment facilities that meet the needs of thousands of families in various locations. MHU has successfully supplied clean water to thousands of households in various locations, including WTP Margahayu, Loa Ipuh Darat, and many others, ensuring access to clean water and proper sanitation.

Economic Pillar: Development of the local economy through skills training, establishment of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and capital assistance. The goal is to encourage economic independence and create jobs.

Miniranch Jayatama - Modern Cattle Ranching: An initiative to improve food security and create jobs. With a strong collaboration between universities, government, and MHU, this program has developed the livestock sector to be more advanced and productive. This program also reflects the synergy between improving food security and creating job opportunities, involving strategic cooperation with universities and local governments.

Social and Cultural Pillar: Preservation of local culture and traditions, including support for cultural festivals and local cultural arts education. This helps maintain and develop the cultural identity of the local community.

Decent Housing Construction: In line with social commitments, and as an effort to improve the quality of life, MHU has built decent housing for the poor. This program has established 30 housing units that offer better and safer living for families.

Infrastructure Pillar: Development of basic infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and other public facilities. Good infrastructure is essential for improving the quality of life and community access to various services.

Compost Factory Construction: MHU recognizes the importance of infrastructure in supporting the social and economic life of the community; this is realized in efforts to improve waste management. MHU has built a compost factory with a capacity of 300 tons per month, which not only improves the environment but also provides jobs and supports sustainable agriculture and waste management with significant production capacity.

Environmental Pillar: Programs that focus on the management and preservation of the environment, including reforestation and environmental education. This is important to ensure the sustainability of the environment around MHU's operational areas.

Goat Village Program: Starting with 12 goats, this program has grown to more than 150 goats and has made a real contribution to how sustained intervention can strengthen food security and increase the income of local farmers.

Religious Pillar: Support for religious activities and the development of religious facilities. This reflects MHU's commitment to harmony and religious tolerance in the community.

BUMDesa Empowerment: MHU supports BUMDesa to manage various development and economic projects, such as building lodgings and offices, which contribute to reducing unemployment and driving economic independence for villages. This initiative demonstrates the company's support for community-managed economic activities, leading to sustainable local economic development.

Lung Anai - Dayak Kenyah Cultural Paradise: By establishing Lung Anai as a cultural center, MHU strives to preserve and promote Dayak Kenyah culture, providing cultural training and education.
